Cafe Kaan, aka Merida Cat Cafe, exists solely to raise funds for the care, feeding and adopting of our rescue cats. All diners must understand that the cats come first, interaction is encouraged, as is affection and treats. Ask to see the current available adoptions, and look out for special events like 'Caturday Night Live' on the Catio, with catnip drug parties and movies for the humans, cat yoga sessions, tarot readings and live music,  or book a private event. 

Our Menu, below, is animal free, plus a few vegetarian options. The cats are the only carnivores here. There are special cat treats available to purchase should you want to be totally covered in cats. Donations of food, treats or cash are more than welcome.
